Fattoria Palombaro is located on the Alfina plateau, between the Orvieto cliff and Lake Bolsena. The property includes an old stone farmhouse, recently renovated, an annex and a riding school, all on approximately 15 hectares of land divided into a park, 6 hectares of arable land (1.5 of which are intended for the production of vegetables), 6 of pasture wooded and 2 forest.
The farmhouse, which retains an authentic charm, has a surface area of 400 m2 and is divided into three apartments: on the first floor there is a 150 m2 apartment, while on the ground floor there are two apartments, one of 70 m2 and the another of 180 m2. The first floor apartment, accessible via a beautiful external staircase, includes a large living room with open kitchen and fireplace, a laundry room, a large bedroom with mezzanine, a bathroom, a study/bedroom with mezzanine and a bedroom with en suite bathroom.
