The name of the property is ‘Vigna Bella’ and is located at Km 119.8 of the ‘Cassia’, the ancient road that connects Rome to Siena.
The villa consists of two apartments.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 large kitchen, a storage room for the washing machine, 1 office, a large living room with a fireplace and a large porch.
Upstairs (there are internal and external stairs) 2 spacious bedrooms and a small one; 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 kitchen and a small room for storage. There is also a large covered terrace from which you can see the entire lake. It’s a great place to spend quiet summer evenings.

By traveling a few kilometers you can arrive in Tuscany in the provinces of Siena with its history and its art and Grosseto with its sea and Umbria. The surrounding hills combined with the crater lake offer a mild climate in both summer and winter.
In the evening, the enchanting view of the lake from the upper terrace is unforgettable: the view extends to the opposite hill, 20 km away, covered in twinkling lights. This is an ideal spot on warmer days, unless you’ve found a romantic spot near the rippling water of the ‘fountain’ pool. The property is equipped with an artesian well to supply the villa, the swimming pool and the garden irrigation.
The cables that supply electricity are buried underground to protect the landscape. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi.
