The name of the property is ‘Vigna Bella’ and is located at Km 119.8 of the ‘Cassia’, the ancient road that connects Rome to Siena.
The villa consists of two apartments.
On the ground floor a bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 large kitchen, a storage room for the washing machine, 1 office, a large living room with a fireplace and a large porch.
Upstairs (there are internal and external stairs) there are 2 spacious bedrooms and a small one; 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 kitchen and a small storage room. There is also a large covered terrace from which you can see the entire lake. It is a great place to spend quiet summer evenings.

The surrounding hills in combination with the crater lake offer a mild climate both in summer and winter.
In the evening, the enchanting view of the lake from the upper terrace is unforgettable: the view extends to the opposite hill, 20 km away, covered with sparkling lights. This is an ideal place on hot days, unless you have found a romantic place near the rippling water of the pool with the ‘fountain’. The property is equipped with an artesian well for the supply of the villa, the swimming pool and the irrigation of the garden.
